Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund 7–14 days before. No refund within 7 days.
- More than 14 days before check-in: full refund
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund

Italian Tourist Tax (Tassa di soggiorno)
Florence levies a tourist tax of approximately €3.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights per stay. This is payable directly to the host on arrival in cash. It is not included in the booking price shown online.
